Sick of the Sickies

So I don't know about every one else. But Christmas was really incredibly fun for us and we loved having an extra long relatively warm holiday, and now we are paying the price for it. Our kids have some great sickies going on. Jaxon got a little cough a couple days after Christmas and we just thought that it wasn't anything big since he didn't complain about anything else and no fever and such. Well, we finally took him to the doctor on Monday because it just wasn't going away. A double ear infection, a prescription, and some cold and cough medicine later we were doing fine. Then on Tuesday Sami decided that she wanted to have some special medicine too. So she started having a runny nose. LOOOOOOOOOONG story short. She couldn't breathe last night ergo I didn't sleep. Went to the doctor yet again and you betcha, a double ear infection, a sinus infection, a prescription, and some cold and cough medicine later, hopefully we've got this thing under some sort of control. I promise to post some pictures and talk about Christmas as soon as I'm done wiping noses and monitoring breathing. Thank goodness we have two humidifiers! Hope you and yours are healthy and happy!
